FAILURE
In the summer of 2000, Writer/Director Chris Suchorsky set out to make his first feature-length motion picture. That production ended in disaster. In attempt to achieve his main goal of making a film, Chris took the existing footage and turned it into the award winning documentary FAILURE.
FAILURE is a 35-minute comedy documentary that follows Chris on his journey to become an Indie Filmmaker. The film premiered in April 2003 at the Back East Picture Show where it won Best Documentary. After a year on the festival circuit, FAILURE closed out its festival run at the 2004 Phoenix Film Festival where it played to packed audiences and received rave reviews.
In December of 2004, FilmThreat Magazine gave FAILURE a 4 Star review. Writer Doug Brunell called it a "spectacular acheivement."
In the Winter of 2005, IFC (Indepemdent Film Channel) purchased the televison rights to FAILURE for a three year deal. The film is on regular rotation on IFC.
